Villa di Pietro is a fully restored historic stone villa set in the hills of Buseto Palizzolo in northwest Sicily – carrying a long Italian family heritage and offering every modern comfort. With four double bedrooms and a study with a single bed, the villa accommodates up to 9 guests.
From the property, a stunning panorama unfolds across the surrounding valleys, towards the hilltop village of Erice, and on clear days all the way to the sea above Trapani. The private pool, the large terrace with dining table, several quiet piazzette around the house, and the outdoor kitchen with BBQ make Villa di Pietro the perfect retreat for families and groups.

Villa di Pietro was renovated with one clear intention: that guests feel at home from the very first moment, with nothing missing. The amenities combine genuine modern comfort with the unmistakable character of an old Sicilian stone house. 4 double bedrooms and a study with a single bed accommodate up to 9 guests in comfort. Every bedroom has its own air conditioning unit – essential for restful nights during the warm Sicilian summer months.
The centrepiece of the interior is a generous living room with an adjoining lounge room with open bar and billiard table. Whether it's a relaxed evening cocktail after a long day at the beach or a friendly tournament after dinner – this room was made for gathering.
The fully equipped kitchen with large hob and dishwasher makes even longer stays a pleasure. For those who prefer to cook outside: the separate outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill is the perfect setting for a Sicilian barbecue evening – with views across the valley and the scent of the Mediterranean in the air.
3 fully renovated bathrooms with shower and WC are available to guests – all newly fitted, bright, and well-appointed.
The private pool (12 × 4 m, depth 1.5 m) offers plenty of space for swimming and cooling off. Along the house, the generous terrace with large dining table forms the natural centrepiece for shared evenings under the open sky. Several smaller piazzette are scattered around the property, offering a shaded retreat or a quiet spot to yourself at any time of day.
The spacious grounds are shaped by typical Sicilian vegetation: pomegranate trees and olive trees grow here alongside other fruit trees – a quiet piece of authentic Sicilian countryside right outside the front door.
Starlink high-speed internet, washing machine, and parking for up to four vehicles on the secured grounds complete the picture.
